Ferrari Centro Stile

FerrariCentro Stile is the place where the dream cars of tomorrow are imagined today. Located in Viale Enzo Ferrari, in the heart of the Ferrari factory, the building houses Maranello's design activities under a single, spectacular roof: over 100 designers and engineers, the Model shop, the Tailor Made area and the Ateliers. This splendid building is an avant-garde "compact sculpture", arranged on four levels with a total area of 5,000 square meters. The entire structure is enclosed by a "double skin" mesh whose external façade is made up of over 3,000 triangular glass and aluminum modules. A giant prancing horse logo decorates the exterior. Ferrari Centro Stile has been designed in cooperation with the Ferrari Design team led by Arch. Flavio Manzoni, Design International led by Arch. Davide Padoa and Planning Engineering led by Eng. Stefano Neri. The exteriors, which evoke the dynamic lines of Ferrari sports cars, are a captivating combination of concave and convex surfaces. The external geometric panels, which alternate glass and stretched anodized aluminum, give the entire structure a floating effect.

Morocco Mall

The guiding concept for Morocco Mall is a desire to create the sense of infinity inspired by the site. As a building, it recalibrated the norms for retail architecture: we positioned anchors at the centre of the building; we introduced a dedicated VIP area; we designed has the longest façade in the world for a single store in the world; the levels are connected by diagonal routes; and the aquarium is inside the structure allowing visitors to experience it from within. With over 350 shop unites, Morocco Mall brings together 600 brands from luxury, culture, consumer electronics, high street fashion, restaurants, entertainment and leisure, many of which opening a store for the first time in Africa.

Abu Dhabi Reem 2

The Reem 2 project is an innovative mixed used development focusing on the integration of organic forms with dynamic space planning. The design integrates nature throughout with roof terraces and marina views. Taking a sophisticated approach to developing destination-based retail and dining experiences whilst providing exclusive amenities for residents within a refined modern masterplan. The iconic shape of the towers is inspired by fluid lines found in nature and continued throughout the project to draw connections between different areas. The leaf form of the tower defines both the terrace canopies and entrances drawing continuity between varied uses across the project. The Leaf canopies bring shade to the roof terraces allowing guests and residents to enjoy the unique views across the marina from beneath the solar protection of a bespoke artistic shading system. The futuristic main façade provides a strong visual impact to the passing traffic drawing them into the main indoor retail areas, whilst the marina side restaurants and shopfronts open out onto pedestrian plazas within landscaping integrated with the waterfront.
