The title of architect, planner, landscape architect and conservator, junior architect and junior planner is obtained by first earning a university degree and then successfully passing the state exam. Practicing as a professional further requires registration in the Register. Membership in a professional Order depends on one's legal residence or place of business.
How to register with the Order
Applications must be submitted in person at the Registrar's office from Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.
Following the submission of the application form, which must be delivered personally, the Registration Board shall, within three months, decide on the request (Article 8 RD n.2537/1925). Once the registration has been completed, the Professional will be issued an official rubber stamp and a membership card by the Order.
Membership in the Register also entitles access to all in-house consulting services organized by the Order.

Upon applying for registration in the Order, applicants will also be required to furnish their professional data as well as the Inarcassa declaration.
For those who wish, official rubber stamps can be purchased through the Order; they are available in either briar wood or a pocket version.
